Puff pastry rolls, sundried tomatoes, artichoke, parmesan
Ingredients:
Puff pastry (available in your grocery store freezer section)
1 jar of artichoke hearts, drained
1 1/2 cups of parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
5 sundried tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dill
Using a cuisinart, chop up the tomatoes, artichokes until fine chopped, then add the mayonnaise, and stir in the herbs and parmesan. Spread out the puff pastry sheet and place the mixture on one end and roll up like a cinnamon rolls. To see pictures of this, see my cinnamon roll recipe. Try and roll up tight, and pinch the edges, then cut into 1 inch slices. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees F.
