Asparagus-No peeling, perfectly done

Asparagus-no peeling
Baked asparagus
Trim asparagus  by simply snapping off the bottom 1/3 of the stalk-it will break off at the right place by itself easily. 

  
 Place in a pan, and add 2 tbsp of  olive oil , roll around in the oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper-Bake in 350 oven for 12-15 minutes.-easy and great, not mushy, trust me after you try this, you will never steam asparagus again.  Instead of a1 minute window to remove them perfectly done like steaming, you have many minutes ignoring them in the oven, and they turn out al dente and done perfectly.
