Parmesan Stuffed Figs, wrapped in bacon
Ingredients:
9 figs
3 pieces of bacon, cut into 3rds
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Pick fresh figs that are still some firm. Wash them, slit down one side, and stuff with a pinch of parmesan, next use 1/3 piece of bacon and use a toothpick to hold ends on. Bake on a baking pan at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes,(turning once during the cooking) until cheese melts and bacon crisps. Done.
