Puff Pastry Rounds with Corn, Onion, Leek, and Garlic
Ingredients:
1 ear of corn, cut corn off the cob
1/2 sweet onion, sautee in 1-2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp sesame oil and l tbsp garlic, salt, pepper, and 1/2 tsp dill
2/3 of a large leek, sauteed in 1-2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, salt, pepper, and 1/2 tsp dill

Puff Pastry-(available in the freezer section of your grocery store)
Sautee the onions and leeks, and garlic.
Mix up the raw corn and the sauteed onion and leeks, and set aside.
Unroll the puff pastry sheet and lay it flat. Place the mixture on one end like you would a cinnamon roll. Roll up as tight as you can, pinch the edges, and slice into 6-8 pieces. (If you'd like a picture of an example of this, see my recipe for cinnamon rolls, shown step by step). Place the rolls into a cupcake pan, 1 in each. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes.
